It was the most wonderful wedding ever. http://vimeo.com/31023763 http://vimeo.com/31196043 http://vimeo.com/31153790 http://vimeo.com/30994870 are a couple of sneek peeks into the fairytale courtesy of the very talented Ian Dearman. I will upload further videos and photos as soon as I can. There are so many people I would like to thank and all the people involved are listed on http://www.gem106.co.uk but I do feel the need to say a massive thank you to the following people who were not only true professionals to work alongside but have also become good friends of mine http://www.iandearmanmedia.co.uk The list could go on and on but the above people I will work with in the future time and time again. Please drop by and visit their pages and make sure you tell them I sent you! This morning I showed my first couple around the stunning Newton House Weddings. It is fair to say they fell in love with the gardens just as I did when I first saw them. The website has been live now for 2 weeks and I am completely blown away by the response so far. We have been inundated with emails. If you are looking for a unique picturesque venue then look no further. Take a look and please let me know your thoughts http://www.newtonhouseweddings.co.uk Just going back to the Gem 106 wedding - Kelly and Brian I have gotten to know you both very well over the last few weeks and you are a truly inspirational couple. Wednesday 12th October 2011 Well it has been busy busy busy here at wedding planning HQ! So many wonderful people from the East Midlands have come forward to help Kelly and Brian! It touches me on a daily basis to see how kind people are. Things are really coming together now with most things now organised. For a complete catch up listen to me speaking to Andy Miller on the Sam and Amy show at Gem 106 http://soundcloud.com/gem106/super-wedding-planner-lisa I will continue to update you all on the progress of the wedding and cant wait to pull it all together now!
Kelly and Brian are amazing and I am genuinely loving working for you. You are a wonderful couple who I already think of as friends xxxxxxxxxxx Wednesday 5th October 2011 On Monday I had the great pleasure of meeting the lovely Brian and Kelly and all the guys from Gem 106. We spent the morning working through all of the offers of help that have come in from the great East Midlands. It is truly amazing how many offers there were. Then I went off for the afternoon looking at venues with Sam and Amy and Kelly and Brian. Being a wedding planner is an amazing job as I get to see so many great places and lovely people on my travels. I spent yesterday doing a lot of begging and pleading with people on the phone to help us out and was once again blown away by peoples generosity. This morning I went with Kelly and Brian and Dangerous Dave from Gem 106 to visit the lovely Kayleigh at Marlow Events who are going to provide the venue décor. It is going to look absolutely amazing. Tomorrow we are off to organise suits in the morning for the men and then in the afternoon we are off to sample cake! What a tough old life a wedding planner leads! Things are all starting to come together now and I am sure that Kelly and Brian will have an amazing day. Wow! What a busy few weeks its been here at Lisa Bunting Weddings since my last blog! Two weddings very successfully co-ordinated, a wonderful break in Disneyland Paris and my first experience of a wedding fair!
I went along to the East Midlands vintage chic wedding fair yesterday and met so many wonderful suppliers and lots of lovely bride and grooms. I had the great pleasure of spending the day alongside Yummy Little Cakes. Her work is truly amazing and seeing really is believing. Her stand looked very very appetising. For those of you who were not able to go along here is a quick peek:
Stunning work as always www.yummylittlecakes.co.uk
Disneyland Paris was fantastic! My three beautiful daughters enjoyed every single second of it and to be fair Mr B and I had just as much fun!
My asian wedding was wonderful and I learnt so much about their culture. What a massive learning curve a wedding planner goes on!
My second wedding was in a marquee and I have to say went without a hitch! The marquee looked amazing once it was all decked out and I think it's completely fair to say that a good time was had by all! What a wonderful couple to work alongside - Rebecca and Matt may you have a long, happy and funfilled life together.
I have posted photographs of both weddings in my gallery.
And now as I type this the sun is shining, the weather is deliciously hot and once more I am feeling happy, happy, happy! Wedding Planner - Its amazing xxx

I know they are going to amazing days.
Lisa Bunting Weddings co-ordinates its very first wedding tomorrow! Talk about exciting! Its an asian wedding which is something very new to me and has been a massive learning curve but I have loved every minute of it. From now until the end of September I dont think I have a single free weekend! Its amazing! I cant wait to blog next week and tell you all about tomorrows wedding. Lots of photos to follow!
So, wedding season is well and truly underway now. Good luck to everybody getting married in the near future. Cherish every single second of the day and even more importantly - cherish each other xxx

What an amazingly fab weekend I have had! Saturday morning I met with one of my lovely couples at their venue and what a wonderful venue it is too! Mayfield House is a really lovely venue with the luxury of offering the couple exclusive use whilst not being too imposing and losing the intimacy, and also being incredibly affordable. I have to say I had never heard of it before but it really is lovely! If anyone is looking for something a little bit special but without the matching pricetag then please contact me and I will arrange for you to have a look around.
Saturday was finished off with me taking a peek at a hen night that I had organised a singing waiter to attend and serenade the lucky hen with some "Michael Buble". Josh Kemp was amazing! A truly talented young man and very charming too! For a sophisticated hen night treat I would thoroughly recommend him. Drop me a line and I will be happy to arrange it for you.
Yesterday was my Beautiful neice's 3rd birthday! A princess themed day was enjoyed by 30 or so little prince and princesses and not to be outdone I dressed as Snow White! Loved it!! The day was completed by the most breathtaking cake I have ever seen created by the wonderful Natalie at www.yummylittlecakes.co.uk Thank you to everyone who made the day so special.
And now Monday is here and its back to weddings, weddings, weddings!! My life is truly wonderful at the moment. xxxx
